Do you have sheep?
Only on murals. 🙂 And as far as live animals are concerned, we have a darned cat Ovid. You are bound to meet him sleeping on one of the armchairs in our restaurant’s hygge corners or jumping through the trees in the nearby forest.
And there is no pork chop? I won't eat mutton at your place?
There is not and will not be. In life, we follow the golden rule of not eating our sheep, but also other living beings.
Is there parking on site?
Yes, there is free parking for our guests on the premises of the Sheep.
When is the restaurant open?
Unfortunately, due to the crisis we were forced to close our sheep restaurant. We hope to return in the future with our gastro offerings.
Do you have a play area for children?
The sheep are surrounded by a meadow and a lot of green area (partially fenced), where children like to hash when the weather permits. We have board games and plenty of books available year-round, as well as professional foosball for kids.
Do you refund the deposit in case of cancellation?
Unfortunately, the deposit is non-refundable at Owca. Please make thoughtful reservations. 🙂 If you request a change of date 30 days before your arrival, it is possible to rebook your reservation.
Do you have a bike/ski storage area?
Yes, we have a padlocked bike/ski room with a code. The ski room has a boot dryer and ski racks.
Do we rent skis from Wa?
We do not have a lending library. You can rent cross-country skis at the chalet, and downhill skis at the slope at Osmelak’s (a 5-minute walk).
Do you organize special events?
Yes, we organize special events with a vegetarian menu for up to 50 people.
Are there towels in the Sheep.
Of course it does. Towels, shower gel, shampoo. The only things to remember are toothpaste and a toothbrush.
