Sauna in Spalona – more than just a sauna
Since February 2026, a traditional Finnish (dry) sauna has been available at Owca z widokiem,
featuring a panoramic window overlooking the forest.
Right next to it, there is a wooden cold plunge tub for cooling down after the session.
Because real sauna practice is all about rhythm: heat and cold.
What is a Finnish (dry) sauna?
A Finnish sauna is a traditional wooden room with a temperature of 80–100°C
and low humidity (5–15%).
The heat comes from a stove filled with hot stones. Pouring water over them creates a short wave of intense yet pleasant heat.
